Speakers & Presentations
Moderator: Uwe Melichar

Partner Europe Touch Design / Vice President epda
Uwe is a packaging designer with a voice, an international networker, and Vice President of the epda. For over 20 years, he has been deeply connected to brands, packaging, and sustainability – and as a juror for international awards, he brings the industry’s best cases to the stage.
As moderator, Uwe Melichar leads the day with a strong presence and genuine curiosity. He provides context, connects topics and guests, and ensures that every contribution fits within the overarching theme, “The Talking Packaging of the Future.”
Speaker: Frank Dopheide

Founder of human unlimited
LinkedIn
Frank is one of Germany’s most exciting brand and meaning makers. Following leadership roles as Chairman of GREY Worldwide and Spokesperson of the Management Board at Handelsblatt Media Group, he founded human unlimited five years ago. With his mission to establish Creative Intelligence (CI) as a counterbalance to purely data-driven management, he gives companies meaning – driving sustainable growth in trust, brand value, and societal relevance.
Frank is also widely known for his book “God Is a Creative – Not a Controller” and his sharp-edged Handelsblatt column “Out of the Box.” His TEDx Talk has been viewed over one million times.
The presentation:
Human-Centered AI – Why Creative Intelligence Is the Success Factor of the Future
Out of 8.7 million species on Earth, humans are the only ones capable of shaping the world according to their imagination. Creativity is our superpower: the ability to bring something new and valuable into the world. No wonder the World Economic Forum has declared it the most important skill of the future.
Frank will demonstrate why companies today can only remain relevant if they reawaken creative intelligence, break down silos, and empower people to surpass themselves. This talk is an invitation to think “out of the box” once again – and to develop a future-ready game system where humans write the rules.
Speaker: Lara Dörner

Co-founder of go AVA
LinkedIn
Lara is a communication strategist, digital expert, and speaker with one big passion: connecting people and technology in ways that always keep people at the center. With her start-up go AVA, she designs hyper-realistic AI avatars that elevate customer and employee communication to the next level.
She loves bringing fresh ways of thinking into the workplace – with empathy, boldness, and a down-to-earth approach.
The presentation:
Grandma’s Not into Chatbots – But She Loves to Chat.
Next-Level Customer & Employee Experience.
How do avatars outperform rigid chatbots?
Lara shows how companies can personalize communication in a way that’s fully accessible, multilingual, and approachable. At the same time, she raises the ethical question: Where does the human element go when AI enters the conversation?
Her talk is a call for radical rethinking and swift action to leverage the full potential of AI to truly improve customer and employee experiences.
Speaker: Thomas Ebenfeld

Co-founder & managing director, concept m institute
LinkedIn
Thomas is a psychologist, market researcher, and one of the leading experts in depth-psychological consumer research.
For many years, he has supported brands, organizations, and decision-makers in leveraging psychological insights to drive marketing, innovation, and transformation.
His focus: cultural change, shifting values, and the role of AI as an intelligence amplifier for hybrid, psychologically grounded marketing.
The presentation:
People, Culture, AI – New Alliances for the Marketing of Tomorrow
Thomas explores how augmented consumers, digital twins, and hybrid strategies are shaping the future of marketing and brand management. He shows how artificial intelligence not only provides data but also enables deep psychological insights – while simultaneously introducing new ambiguities into society and the world of work.
The key takeaway: a shift in perspective! Men and machines create meaning together – for marketing that is smarter and more relevant.
Speaker: Arno Lindemann

Creative Partner at Scholz & Friends Werbeagentur
LinkedIn
Arno is Creative Partner at Scholz & Friends, head of Creative AI Academy, artist, speaker – and a passionate ambassador for “human creativity”. For him, AI is not a replacement, but a stage where human imagination can truly shine. With radical curiosity, he builds bridges between brands, people, and machines – always in search of the idea that truly resonates with people. With or without AI.
The presentation:
Design on Drugs: When AI Hits the System!
The Contrast – What AI can do. And what it will never be able to do. Today, AI can create stunning designs, campaigns, and renderings. However, it lacks intuition, emotion, and contextual awareness. Humans remain the originators. The machine is just a mirror.
The Shift – AI as a creative superpower, not a replacement. When humans and machines collaborate, a new level of creativity emerges, bringing faster processes, more radical concepts, and personalized communication. AI doesn’t change the idea – it changes how we get there.
The Disruption – Why doing nothing is more dangerous than making mistakes. The biggest mistake is ignoring AI. Designing without AI will soon feel like printing without color: nostalgic, but inefficient. Only those who experiment today will be able to surprise tomorrow.
The Takeaway – Let’s shift design & packaging. Together. AI isn’t the enemy – it’s an amplifier. Anyone who loves design must learn to reimagine it with AI. LSD has the potential to lead the way – not just through technology, but also through attitude.
Speaker: Nils Müller

CEO & Founder TRENDONE
LinkedIn
Nils is one of Europe’s most renowned futurists. TRENDONE is the leading trend and innovation research company in the German-speaking world. The presentation:
The World in 2035 – An Interactive Journey into the Future
Nils takes guests on a captivating, interactive journey into the world of tomorrow: How will AI, AR, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts reshape our markets and our lives?
He reveals which mega- and micro-trends will truly matter – and how companies can use them to drive innovation and identify opportunities at an early stage.
He wants participants to leave the keynote not only feeling inspired but equipped with concrete takeaways on how to apply trends strategically. The future isn’t just “imagined” – it’s explored and made tangible, together.
